The Italian Issue of delicious magazine caught my eye, and when I saw you on the cover I bought the issue straight away! Great to see you and your recipes in such a lovely magazine as I’ve enjoyed your blog for so long. Hope to see you featured in delicious again, thank you for the lovely article and wonderful recipes. I read somewhere that you are working on a cookbook, if so when might you release it?

Congratulations on an amazing article on your new SBS show in the weekend papers. Your recipes are beautiful as are you. Very inspirational. My background is Sicilian so I love the blend of traditional Italian with fresh modern twist. Have really enjoyed your ‘Made in Italy’ program on SBS. My son bought me your book for Christmas and I have read it already! Can hardly wait to try it out.
My wife and I spent 12 weeks in Italy recently and visited many of the places in your book. Many happy memories.

Loving your show still..Do you know how to make the white Italian custard. I think ive had it in the Italian Continental Cake but I cant seem to find a recipe anywhere.
